A poem for my grandchildren.

Wonderful world today

What is that familiar noise i hear
High pranks and giggling not so far
Noises of giggling i hold so dear

I close my eyes, and savour the sound
And listen intently to the activity
The laughter, and joy in this playground

It’s a wonderful world today
These four gift’s from god
In my heart, they will stay

Come here gran, i hear them say
with laughter all around
Let’s play gran, says the oldest Jay.

How lucky i am, its such a thrill
to have my little ones so near
I wish that time would just stand still

By Kate Mcnaughton.

For my Grandchildren.
Jay,Liam,Amber,Brandon.
