1.)Itsachat.com uses Flash and Java applications. Make sure you are using the latest updates from flash and java before using itsachat's web applications such as chat rooms, games arcade, meeting rooms, and multiplayer games.
You may download the latest Flash player here.
To download the latest Java Update, you can get there from here.
2.)If you continue to experience problems accessing features here at itsachat.com, please make sure you are using the latest updates for your browser.
3.)If you are still experiencing difficulties with your browser accessing features (web applications) on this site, you may want to try using another web browser. Google has just released a new browser called
Google Chrome - You may download it from here.
Also, here is a link to get the latest mozilla firefox browser:

after installing your other browser, please ensure steps 1 & 2 are complete.
4.)Some of our applications have quick launch capability. This means it will launch another window. It's quicker and enables you to continue to browse more freely.
To allow pop-up, there are two ways:
a.)allow for all the itsachat.com domain, through the options presented to you by your browser (long yellow bar in Internet explorer)
b.)press Cntrl on your keyboard when launching the pop-up
Of course you can always reach your destination without ever having to allow any pop-ups through our main menu.
5.)Be sure to allow java full access to the internet.
***** If You are experiencing login problems, this may be due to itsachat.com changing the way users stay logged in. To remedy this, simply clean your cache.
